Alew argues that his brother Isaack Ibrahim was allegedly kidnapped from him home in Bulla Afya location by people who allegedly were wearing combat police uniform and driving three land cruisers.
“The whereabouts of Isaack Ibrahim remain unknown and unaccounted for and there is reasonable fear that be was abducted by officers attached to the respondents whom have refused to either allow his family to visit him on custody,” reads court papers.
