Kenya has received 40 tons of relief supplies from the Indian government to support flood victims in different parts of the country.

Kenya has received 40 tons of relief supplies from the Indian government to support flood victims in different parts of the country.
The consignment was received by the East African Community, ASALs, and Regional Development Cabinet Secretary Peninah Malonza together with other government officials on Tuesday.
According to the Indian High Commissioner to Kenya Namgya Khampa, the second tranche of Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Relief (HADR) material includes medicines, medical supplies, food and non-food and other equipment necessary for IDPs and other flood victims.
